My work combines classical massage with energetic bodywork and supports you in releasing tension and gently calming the nervous system.

Each session is individual and attuned to what your body needs in that moment.

Most sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes. If additional time is needed, it will be charged proportionally based on the actual duration.
