Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Heartprojects – Corinne Dick, including:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Intuitive massage & energetic bodywork
  • Workshops
  • Retreats
  • Singing circles
  • Body, breath, and awareness practices

By booking a service, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

Payment is generally due directly after the session via:

  • Twint
  • Cash
  • Bank transfer

Bank details for transfers: IBAN CH10 0840 1000 0714 1764 8 (Corinne Dick).

For workshops, retreats, or special events, advance payment may be required unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. For late cancellations or no-shows, the full amount of CHF 140.– will be charged.

4. Personal Responsibility & Health

All services offered by Heartprojects are intended to support well-being, body awareness, and personal growth. They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Participants are responsible for informing Heartprojects in advance about any physical or psychological conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health-related concerns. Participation is entirely at the participant's own responsibility.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Heartprojects and Corinne Dick accept no liability for:

  • injuries
  • health issues
  • accidents
  • consequential damages
  • loss or damage of personal belongings

Participation in sessions, workshops, retreats, and events is at the participant's own risk.

6. Workshops & Retreats

Registrations for workshops and retreats are binding. Refunds are generally excluded except in cases of serious circumstances and upon individual agreement.

Heartprojects reserves the right to postpone or cancel events due to illness, insufficient participants, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Minors

Minors may only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Copyright

All content, concepts, texts, and materials provided by Heartprojects are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy

Protecting your personal data is important to me. Details can be found in the separate privacy policy.

10. Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
